Attention
Systema PTW Customers!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!, YEAH actually read this! (Updated June 12th
2009) Well it's that time of year again, System items are
harder then ever to actually GET and keep in-stock. Believe me, it's
not for a lack of trying, we want to order them but Systema USA is out
of almost everything. No SCK's, no magazines, no cylinders, no small
parts etc. A shipment IS on the way but as most of you understand there
is always a wait to clear U.S. Customs and Customs does what they want
to do, when they want to do it and if you question them, they take 3
times longer.
Also, offical word from Systema USA is that they are
currently NOT ordering a lot of product from Japan right now. Why, I'm
not completely clear on though. I did hear Systema of Japan
might be closing down for 4 months again though for more yearly
changes. Last time they did something like this, they closed for two
months and it took me 6 to 8 months to actually GET more inventory in
and fill all those back orders. I hope to god this is just a rumor.
That said, we get items as they come in to the USA. Shipments do come
in but not everything always comes in one shipment. We will continue to
get parts as Systema USA can supply them. As normal, if you REALLY need
a part, it's best to place the order and get on the magical "waiting
list" to ensure you eventually get what you need. We will assume you
have read this and understand if you place an order without CALLING
first.

What is the Empire Airsoft
News Section? Yeah, you should probably read this one too! From
time to time we will have either a policy change or a site change,
product updates, information on back orders etc. We place this
information in the "News" section rather then to post it all across the
front of our web page. We encourage each and every customer to click on
and read the News before placing orders. This section will answer a lot
of general questions. If you still have a question, feel free to
contact us via email threw out "Contact Us" section or pick up the
phone and give us a call. We are always willing to help! Attention Free Webmail
users, AOL, Yahoo!, GMail, Hotmail etc... (Updated February 7th 2009) I
think we are finally added to all the white lists but from time to time
email sent from our server does not reach our customers if they use
free web based email services such as AOL, Yahoo, GMail, Hotmail etc.
Seems 99% of the time our email is sitting in your spam box so if you
do not receive any replies or the normal automated email responses such
as account activation codes, check your spam and add us to your safe
list. If you are still having issues, please contact us via phone or
try another email address such as the one your Internet service
provider has given you.
Please note that AOL is currently
blocking our outgoing email to our customers. You can email us, but we
will be unable to return
your email. We wont be able to reply to questions, give order update
etc. Please use an email host other
then AOL. Also to you Yahoo users, please make sure to add us to your
safe list or the emails we send may go to your junk email folder.
